PRINCIPAL DUTIES:
The primary task of the modeller is to build 3D architectural assets, buildings and environments based on pre-existing dimensional data. The individual will need knowledge of architectural modelling and the ability to visualise objects spatially from 3D point clouds or 2D drawings and turn them into digital files.
In addition to the 3D modelling, tasks may include:
• Assisting in capturing 3D lidar data within Aberdeen and the region (working outdoors).
• Translate/import 3D data into a 3D Studio Max environment.
• Creating digital photogrammetric datasets, including objects, buildings and environments.
