Job Description
- Carry out valuation of property, prepare report and liaise closely with clients
- Prepare and deliver valuation report within specific time frame
- Able to maintain good relationship with existing clients and sourcing new clients
- To assist on the day-to-day tasks of inspection, valuation workings and any other ad -hoc tasks/assignment assigned by the Management
- To keep abreast of the latest development in valuation methodologies and techniques.
- To ensure good customer service with all inquiries being promptly, professionally and tactfully attended to.
Requirement
- Degree in Estate/Property/Land Management, Land Administration, Building Surveying/Economics or a relevant field.
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferably with working experience in the related field
- Looking for experienced candidates in valuation field at least 3 years
- Immediate hiring
- Posses own transport and willing to travel when required
- Must be a team player and can work independently
- Good communication and organizational skills

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Counseling (Individual & Group counseling)
· Arrange and conducting counseling sessions with students
· Use active listening skills to listen to students who come for counseling sessions
· Discuss with clients about options and consequences of their decisions
· Use counseling interventions when applicable
· Suitable to be implemented towards clients with personal, family, financial, career, relationship problems, individual assessment using psychological and psychometric test.
· Conducting group support with Foundation’s students to assist them in their adaptation in campus.
· Suitable to be implemented towards group members with same background problem, career development problem, self-development issue, psychological assessment and psychometric test, etc.
· Keep and organize confidential counseling related documents
i. Keep and record client registration forms
ii. Write progress notes for each counseling session
iii. Keep and organize confidential documents
2. Student Retention
· Arrange counselling sessions with clients regarding withdrawal decision and guide them to make a complete final decision.
· Use active listening skills to concern parties about the clients
· Discuss with the concern parties about options, issues and consequences of their decisions.
· Use counselling interventions when applicable
· Suitable to implement towards clients with family issue, financial issue, personal issue, academic issue, etc.
3. Psychological development workshop
· Organizing programmes related to personal growth and psychological well-being.
· Related issues: mental health, personality, time management, self-efficacy, self-development, resiliency, leadership, etc.
4. Orientation Programme
· Advisor for team Razakian Buddy (student facilitators)
i. Recruit student facilitators for orientation programme
ii. To conduct induction programme for the new student facilitators
· To plan, to conduct and to monitor the university orientation programme
5. Pay It Forward Scholarship
· Advisor for refugee students
i. Make support group to guide and advising new and existing refugee students.
6. To assist in University’s official functions and events whenever required.
7. To suggest ways in which the operation, management and internal control systems in the areas related to your scope of duties can be improved upon.
OTHER DUTIES
