We are looking for an Account Manager to be based in Perak. This role will be reporting to the Lead, Account Management in the Commercial Department. The department generally is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting existing activities and ensuring fast, sustainable growth.

Job Context
The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for the development and delivery of the Manufacturing Operating System (Manufacturing Operating System - MOS) within the plant. This program is an enabler to deliver the plant Compelling Business Need (CBN). The role is to hands-on supporting the Plant Manager in driving the manufacturing excellence culture (improve and lock), building on the principals of zero loss, zero defects and a 100% engagement within the plant.
Goal and Key Accountabilities
The Continuous Improvement Engineer provides hands-on supports to the Plant Leadership Team in delivering the key plant results (Compelling Business Need - CBN), such as zero safety accidents, zero quality (losses), cost savings, efficiency improvement, 100% Customer Service Level and 100% engagement using the Manufacturing Operating System - MOS program as an enabler. The role is responsible for developing and delivering the Manufacturing Operating System - MOS roadmap for the plant, building on the standard Manufacturing Operating System - MOS program.
