Finance Manager – Your future position?
As a Finance Manager you will lead a local finance team, report directly to Regional Finance Director, Southeast Asia & Oceania. You will actively support the business controlling network by supplying local information when required and provide business support to the local business leaders to ensure efficiency and compliance.
In this role you will:
- Responsible for preparation and accuracy of financial statements in accordance with legal and statutory requirements, as well as Givaudan accounting and reporting policies and procedures.
- Manage annual budget process for the sites.
- Provide interpretive and predictive financial information and make recommendations for the business partners to make sound business decisions.
- Manage tax accounting and tax return preparation to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.
- Support tax planning and compliance, in line with applicable tax laws, regulations and commitments entered with Tax Authorities.
- Establish relationships with business leadership team and define practices and strategies to add value and maintain cost effectiveness.
- Analyze expenses by responsibilities and regularly meet with functional and cost center managers in order to ensure full transparency on costs.
- Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required.
- Other ad-hoc support for Treasury, HR, Compliance, Trade Affairs etc when required.

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, or professional accountancy qualification
- Over 10 years of Finance related work experience in multi-national company
- Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)
- Experience in SAP is preferred
- Advanced Excel
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate governance practices and procedures
- Strong analytical thinking combined with a strong business sense
- Good analytical and excellent communication skills with different levels within the organization
