Overview
Analyze and coordinate the Warehouse duties for Receiving & Waterspider. To receive/manage stock and process orders to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently and punctually. Manage successful logistics operations through shipping picking, receiving, storing, issuing and delivery a variety of equipment, material and supplies.
Responsibilities
· Responsible to maintain timely supply of parts to the production
· Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, dispatch materials and arrange shipping document for forwarding and release goods for forwarding in warehouse.
· Check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
· Sort, label and store goods accurately; arrange storage at specific location to optimize warehouse space.
· Handle of all stock items in the warehouse
· Enter data into SAP system and maintain up-to-date stock records; retrieve stored information to respond to enquiries (inventory levels or delivery schedules).
· Perform routine clerical activities according to the organization’s established procedures i.e. Kanban process, receiving posting of pick list and GMP, handle MQDR and MRB documents and process.
· Train and support the Warehouse Specialist for Kanban process.
· Participate in Kaizen.
· Block cycle count for finish good. Handle reconciliation when there is a need during cycle count.
· Adhere to safe working procedures and principles introduced at the workplace
· Report unsafe act or workplace condition
· Compliance to regulatory, international and company’s EHS requirement

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
