We are looking for specialist Automotive System SW Engineers based in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing to work closely with NVIDIA global team to develop platform SW to OEMs, Tier1 and engage customer design and develop Autonomous driving DCU/ECU production.

What we need to see:

You will join the Test and Verification Team, a group within product development in the Grooming and Beauty Category located in our new Shenzhen Philips Innovation Center.
A new team of 5+ people are being formed, who are highly skilled, flexible, dynamic and multi-cultural. You will support verification of newly developed Philips Grooming and Beauty products such as facial and hair trimmers, hair dryers and stylers. You will work closely with T&V engineers, T&V architects and test executers.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
· BS degree in mechanical or electronics engineering, mechatronics, physics or comparable subject
· 5+ years of experience in R&D area or manufacturing (engineering, test development, manufacturing, quality assurance or research) including solid understanding of design verification process
· 3+ years of experience in designing, executing, and documenting test methods
· Understanding of MSA methodology/ test method validation, statistical techniques
· Good communication skills (English) and social skills since you will be collaborating with colleagues internationally of many disciplines
· Ability to work in group – flexibility in order to work with and provide support for number of people
· Practical, with a strong hands-on mentality, also able to manage and delegate tasks when necessary
· Experience in creating high quality technical documentation
· Good understanding of development process and testing of consumer products
· Strong analytical skills (detail data analysis, effective research, creative thinking and efficient problem solving)
· Strong sense of ownership, passionate, fast learner

What you'll be doing:
Serve as a technical leader in defining, designing, developing, and maintaining the DevOps tools, frameworks & platforms
Implement, advocate, and carry out CI/CD conventions and write tools to automate various steps involved in this process
Develop and maintain Build, Deployment, and Continuous Integration infrastructure
Enable the development team by providing automated build and test solutions using Docker, Kubernetes/YARN, and on-prem/CSPs
Work with open source communities, including RAPIDS, Spark, MONAI, and NVFlare, on CI/CD
Work closely with Development and QA teams to help ensure end-to-end quality
Full stack development opportunities depending on the candidate's capabilities
What we need to see:
BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or closely related fields
10+ years of working experience in software development
2+ years experience in CI/CD system, Strong programming and debugging skills in Python/Java/C++ with extensive bash scripting experience
Strong hands-on skills
Excellent knowledge of Gitlab/Github or other source version control systems
Configuring, maintaining, and building upon deployments of industry-standard tools (e.g. Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, etc)
Strong experience in build tools like maven, setup tools, cmake, unit testing, and code-coverage tools
Strong skills in software release process (maven repository, PyPI, Conda)
Familiar with various Linux systems like Ubuntu, CentOS, Rocky and with cloud services like AWS, Azure, GCP
Good knowledge of open-source big-data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and/or ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Good open-source project management skills
Kubernetes, YARN, Spark, or Ray experience
Experience with Configuration Management such as Ansible, and Terraform
Knowledge of monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana)
Experience with CUDA would be a huge plus
