Job Responsibilities :

• Responsible for handling the leads and customer inquiries and converting potential clients to customers.
• Design and propose a suitable lighting plan (Training will be provided) 
• Provide professional lighting and ambience advice to clients, and review the lighting plan to best fit their needs. (Training will be provided)
• Achieve the sales target monthly
  Manage customer experience by attending and building interpersonal relationships through lighting tours.
• Willing to learn, and take initiative on the project assigned from superior.

Working in a global team, the individual must be a self-starter, have strong communication skills, and be willing to collaborate across time-zones and travel. Key Responsibilities

· Conduct dynamic and impactful workflow-focused in-person or virtual training sessions for our valued clients to enhance their knowledge and understanding of our products and services.

· Develop engaging and innovative training and learning materials for our clients and the Learning Center, ensuring that the content is always up to date with the latest industry developments and tailored to our client’s specific interests.
