At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
Experience in project coordination with Clients, Consultants, Authorities and Contractors.
Excellent time management skill and able to meet deadlines.

Strong creative sense, team player, able to work independently and self-motivated. Able to lead others.
Assignments under minimal supervision.

Prepare and coordinate drawings and BIM models for design development, project’s local authority submission, tender and construction using BIM applications, tools and techniques

Requirements:

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social Media Channels, Semrush and email marketing software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for diverse audiences.

• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp and Salesforce, along with the capability to integrate and manage marketing applications or WordPress plug-ins such as Community Forum, eCommerce, and Learning Management System, would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web and marketing collateral design principles.
• Experience working in a B2B or a fast-paced working environment.
