ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Perform sales activities by replying customer queries and close sales 
• Check stock availability. 
• Update the e-commerce platforms setting from time to time. 
• Handle delivery for urgent customer inquiry or special case. 
• Check the platforms transactions with the communication inter departments. 
• Coordinate and prepare daily e-commerce (Shopee and Lazada) sales & operational administration functions including all types of reporting submission, filing, documentations and data maintenance. 
• Perform and generate weekly, month end, quarterly & yearend promotion, campaigns, sales, financial closing & reporting. 
• Support and create records for database on financial and other data. 
• Help packing ecommerce orders when necessary.
• Any additional tasks and supports role as requested. 
• Provide support in company marketing events.
• Research and build new products for the e-commerce platform. 

JOB REQUIREMENT 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or its equivalent field. 
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in related field is required for this position. 
• Proven track record in digital marketing and e-commerce, ideally in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 
• Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing channels, and customer journey optimization. 
• Exceptional communication skills with a knack for building strong relationships. 
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a high-energy team environment. 
• Analytical prowess, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making. 
• Proficiency in essential software and tools, such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software, such as MailChimp. 

Job Responsibilities

• To maximize conference and banqueting revenue and profit through pro-active selling techniques and pricing strategy
• Respond to sales inquiries on timely manner from potential clients and customers seeking meeting space, annual dinner, conference, ceremony, food and beverage services.
• Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and goals
• Analyse business markets and design sales strategy & set goals to execute.
• Oversee sales and event department for daily operation and activities.
• Oversee event costing such as part timers recruitments, equipment for maintenance, meeting amenities and daily expenses in premises.
• Evaluate and improve sales and financial performance

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration / Hotel Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Excellent convincing abilities, good communication skills, sales and negotiation skills
• A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Description:

• Implement effective campaigns and strategies for key launches, including pitching of stories. This may include public communication plan linked to business initiatives
• Manage media queries and interview requests, including managing incidents and sensitive issues, jointly with team lead and respective business units to promote or protect the reputation of the Organization. For instance, drafting of holding statements, FAQ and briefing documents.
•  Liaise and engage with internal stakeholders, including Top Executives, to identify and address their media and communications needs with the appropriate initiatives.
• Foster relationships with key media contacts and influencers to drive and influence media coverage and exposure
• Ability to manage agencies to drive business outcomes.
• Support the development or enhancement of the issues and crisis preparedness / management framework
• Build corporate brand through award submissions and create publicity opportunities through award wins
• Lead in PR monitoring and measurement including measuring and tracking the value of and return on PR and communication initiatives. Monitor, analyse and communicate PR measurement
• Support the enhancement of corporate communication guidelines and ensure good corporate governance and tone of voice for assets developed for business groups. This could include assets and activities such as spokesperson and/or media training, collaterals, events, speeches, presentations, and digital assets

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Mass Communications/Public Relations/Journalism or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Excellent command of both verbal and written in English & Mandarin language are essential.
• Familiar with design software – Adobe, Illustrator.
• Enthusiastic and dynamic with strong people management & decision-making skills and ability to work on own initiative.
• Good communications, negotiations, presentations and strong analytical skills.
• Strong media contacts across all media platform and good rapport with media partners.
• Able to work in fast pace.
