Duties and Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the operations/ IFCA system of Sales Admin from SPA Signing until delivery of Vacant Possession

Pre-Requisites:

Job Responsibilities

1. Stock Management: -

• Responsible for assisting dealers with in-stock purchases and monitoring the progress of orders.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
• Assist in returning any defective or expired stocks in each outlet.

2. Outlet Management: -

• Assist in new and existing outlet setting up and remodeling.
• Support visual merchandisers in installing and setting up promotional materials and displays.
• Ensure outlets are in compliance with policies and procedures at all times and report any concerns to superior.

3. Dealer Management: -

• Assist in sending realme product to Customer Service Centre for repair or replacement.
• Communicate effectively with dealers regarding new or existing dealers’ programs.
• Maintain good relationships with dealers by attending dealers’ inquiries and complaints promptly.

4. Sales Management: -

• Prepare and report data on sales and competitors

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1 year experience in CNC applications/manufacturing or equivalent education.

Job Summary:   

The Partner Success Specialist will focus on the day-to-day partner management and support activities for Autodesk Learning Partners. You will work closely with the regional Autodesk Learning - Partner Success Manager (PSM) and the Global Support Team to develop subject matter expertise on Learning Partner guidelines including complete understanding of program benefits and requirements of the Authorized Training Center Program (ATC), the Autodesk Authorized Academic Partner Program (AAP), and the Autodesk Certified Instructor (ACI) Program. Principal Responsibilities:

• Assist in broadcasting Autodesk communication and follow-up with partner on assigned tasks for India Region.

• Track, escalate and support costumers’ technical issues on Autodesk products and solutions worldwide

• Ensure the right levels of communication with the Autodesk partners and deliver accurate documentation as appropriate

• Ensure the integrity of the information to be made available, for the correct execution of the programs.

• Coordinate with global support team and regional PSM for Learning Partner recruitment, technical tickets & onboarding Sales Training on new product/s and/or technologies.

What you will do:

As Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for smaller less technically complex solutions. Builds relationship with customers, which may be end users, to understand needs and offers solution within a standard framework or range on pricing and margin.

How you will do it:

• Study product knowledge and company working procedure, continuous to improve domain knowledge of product, company and industry. 
• Plan annual secured order strategy aligned with Department goal. Achieve business sales target with YOY growth expectation in the region.
• Prepare and issue tenders and proposals to customers. Lead negotiation and/or bidding activity at optimum profit levels to the company. Close orders to achieve the goals and targets assigned. Responsible for payment collection.
• Provide monthly reporting on assigned vertical secured and revenue attainment as well as non-financial reporting to management team.
• Be proactive to liaise, develop relationship and influence customer(s) to maintain a long-term service relationship, ensure customer satisfaction at high level.
• Develop sales leads and identify customer requirements. 
• Monitor and collect competitors’ activities in market and report periodically directed by company.
• Independently develop and follow up BMS projects to provide solutions for customers.
• Compliance with Johnson Controls’ policies and procedures at all times.
• Optional:
• Responsible for the promotion of BMS products and systems in design institutes, industry associations and integrators in the industry in the region.
• Compiling the production of catalogues to customers. Prepare localized master catalogue and general applications for contractors and consultants where appropriate.
• Conduct cold calls and new business development.
• Explore and execute end to end BMS project, and provide industry solution to customer.

What we look for:

• Bachelor Degree or above, preferably in Mechanical engineering and HVAC engineering or Electrical / Electronic engineering 
• Minimum 2 years working experience as sales/marketing position in direct selling industrial machineries
• Self-motivated, hardworking and positive
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and selling skills
• Good spoken and written in English
• Willing to travel frequently.

What you will do:

Responsible in achieving company objectives by assisting Applied Sales Engineer to provide air-conditioning solutions to customers.

How you will do it:

• Understand customers’ requirements for air conditioning equipment and solutions.

• Provide heat load calculations and estimation to customers base on standards, requirement and application.

• Prepare air Conditioning equipment selection, costing and budgetary to customers base on the required specifications.

• Conduct technical and product presentations to consultants & end users virtually and physically.

• Work with Applied Sales team & to seek potential customers in local market and maintain good relationships with the stakeholders of the projects.

• Prepare weekly sales report & project tracking record to analyze and track the status of the projects.

• Collect, gather and analyzes competitive comparisons, pricing trends, and market analysis of the competitor landscape.

• Provide feedback or voice of the customers to the company on market requirements and regulations.

• Integrate business strategy and develop specific objectives for Business within Singapore and extend to SEA region. Work with leadership team to define the optimal engagement model for an early engagement and sales opportunity and engage with Heads of sales wherever appropriate to support the model.
• Lead the development of client relationships with owners, developers, consultants and contractors to improve JCI positioning and ultimately command customer preference.
• Create a healthy mid-long term pipeline of projects for HVAC solutions through spec-in activities and key accounts/vertical development efforts.
• Study and analyze competitive environment to prepare monthly updates to Sales Leaders in SEA and in countries with information relevant to their markets.
• Assess, develop and maintain updated market share data in each country with objectives to grow JCI market participation year over year.   
• Develop client-specific engagement and implementation proposals.

What we look for:

• 10+ years’ experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and active involvement in selling professional services

• 5+ years’ operating in a pre-sales environment, shaping and scoping large and complex implementation projects

• 5+ years of enterprise-level project or program management experience

• Possess senior level relationship in the building technologies market to support Sales Team in their sales efforts

• Proven leader and developer of people working in diverse team environments.

• Demonstrated technical and/or functional aptitude, and ability to engage with architects/owners/consultants or SME into pre-sales activities.

• Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in a client advisory role

• Demonstrated ability to influence a group audience, facilitate solutioning and lead discussions such as implementation methodology, Road mapping, Enterprise Transformation strategy, and executive-level requirement gathering sessions

• Excellent analytical & problem solving skill

• Business acumen, good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

About you

Otis Elevator is growing and we are recruiting a Recapture Specialist, reporting to the Service Sales Manager, the main goal of the role is to develop new business opportunities by growing our maintenance portfolio, proactively prospect potential accounts for new business, and develop and build solid relationships with new customers.
 

What you will be doing

• Accountable for recapture / recovery target all time.

• Managing prospects by proposing services and negotiating service maintenance contract.

• Collaborating with service operation and technical team in ensuring safety, quality and compliance with statutory requirements.

• Actively promoting Company products and selling service upgrades.

• Maintaining customer relations in line with Company KPI and exceeding customer satisfaction.

• Spearheading the role of customer defender and be responsible for carrying out practical initiatives to address genuine customer complaints and/or to prevent new contract cancellation.

• To perform any other responsibilities as required and requested by Head of Department and/or the Management.

• Managing QR and providing estimates to current customer of all regular work and repair if needed.
