The VCA team within Japan provides a comprehensive range of consulting services and solutions to our clients in Japan, that address unique challenges in areas such as strategic growth, profitability, risk management and digital strategy. In VCA, Managed Services team plays a key role to enhance partnership with one of the largest clients for Visa’s Japan business and focuses on developing, implementing, and improving clients’ business by collaborating with them closely.
What a Marketing Consulting Manager does at Visa:
- Lead and facilitate marketing related discussion with our client to identify potential opportunities, scope projects, pitch proposals and deliver end-to end marketing activities to grow the client's portfolio.
- Work closely across multiple team functions including wider VCA, Product, Sales, Regional and Global Marketing team to acquire specific subject matter expertise as needed.
- Collaborate with data science team to utilize our advanced data analytics capabilities
- Provide professional marketing consultancy to clients covering both strategic and tactical aspects based on data and insights.
- Leverage Visa marketing assets and capabilities to develop co-marketing programs to deliver measurable and mutually beneficial business outcomes.
- Manage budget and forecasts in collaboration with the client and third-party suppliers.
- Develop and share co-marketing best practices to guide and inspire Clients and the wider Visa organization.
- Support RfPs and new business wins through marketing thought leadership and ideation.
- Be Visa brand guardian and ensure all communications align with brand policies, regulations, and guidelines.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
