Requirements
A recognized professional qualification in health or social care
Extensive experience working in health or social care settings, preferably in a regulatory or inspection role
Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and standards in health and social care
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex information
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
Effective leadership and management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders.

Our Client in the Training and Adult education industry is looking to hire an Assistant Manager - Service Quality.

Job Description:

1) Course Administration

• Prompt respond and follow-up on customers enquiries;
• Generate quotation, course registration, confirmation letter, attendance list and billing advice in a timely manner;
• Manage and coordinate class bookings to optimize the allocation of training resources;
• Training Management System and Website content update and maintenance
• Assist in producing relevant reports on regular basis to support training performance management; and
• Support Operations Unit on course delivery matters.

2) Support sales and marketing

• Support marketing outreach and sales promotion initiatives;
• Market scanning on latest training development and promotion;
• Support in organizing ASPRIs s seminars, events and career road shows.

3) Suppliers Management

• Assist in tracking and monitoring the performance of outsourcing partners and vendors, to ensure service standards.

4) Quality Management

• Maintain, track and monitor requirements under the training quality management system and audit requirements.

5) Others

• Supervise and coach junior staff on day-to-day administration and other training operations responsibilities.
• Periodically review administration processes and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and meet performance benchmarks.
• Assist in the implementation of Competency-based training programmes.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O Level and above
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Adult Education, Human Resources, or Engineering.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of the WSQ (Workforce Skills Qualifications) Competency Framework and the Skills Connect system.
• Familiarity with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) Accreditation Training Providers Scheme or other in-house training schemes will be a significant advantage.
• Must be able to work in evenings and weekends on rotational basis (Evenings - Average twice a month and Sundays in rotating shifts - Average once a month, claimable 1 day off)
• Be open to working extended hours when required and comfortable with a workspace located near a dormitory.
• Candidates with more experience and a track record of excellence may be considered for a senior position.

About You

You will be responsible to manage a team of service and callback technicians in day-to-day operations and the productivity of each technician.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of service and callback technicians in the day-to-day operations of lifts and escalators
• Responsible for the productivity of each technician
• Monitor of callback trend and implement actions to reduce callback
• Responsible to eliminate Rebel and critical units (if any)
• Ensure that technicians attend to callback promptly and within the stipulated response time
• Ensure that the equipment availability meets the required KPI
• Ensure that the equipment downtime is within the permitted repair time
• Ensure that the equipment are serviced according to the servicing schedule and strictly no missed servicing
• Attend site meetings, fault callback meeting and ensuring that the follow up works are completed timely
• Verification of existing inventory and preparation of purchase requisition and sales order via JDE system
• Extract callback data for monthly report analysis via Service Management System (SMS) system
• Record and update order tracker promptly based on monthly forecast and perform goods receiving upon material delivery and job completion
• Gather site findings and submit via field turn back (FTB) for defective components
• Record technician’s tools and equipment calibration expiry date on a monthly basis
• Prepare and issue PPE, tools and equipment to technicians as and when required
• Responsible for providing field and administration support to the service & operations teams

Requirement

• Degree/ Diploma in relevant Engineering Discipline
  Min. 3 years of working experience as Service Engineer
• Prior experience in lift and escalator industry is preferred
• Excellent stakeholders management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
