The role entails developing a focused online market strategy, with a particular emphasis on marketplaces. Responsibilities include optimizing brand visibility and user interaction across online retail touchpoints, implementing performance measurement processes, and driving resource reallocation toward online channels. Collaboration with the Business Digital Organization (BDO) is essential for creating digital and automated content distribution processes. Additionally, the role involves fostering the online excellence and maturity of various countries.
Tasks:
- Close alignment with legal to define (freedom of action) on marketplaces for Bosch as manufacturer.
- Run and evaluate pilots in countries. Learn, adapt and roll out concepts for online marketplaces internationally.
- Ensure sales excellence process concerning online maturity to reach the highest brand visibility on key retailers' website.
- Define requirements for best-in-class online content.
- Define and implement a new content distribution process.
- Develop and implement performance tracking to ensure and operationalize implementation of communication at key retailers.
- Ensure usage of all retailer’s communication channels to deliver target group-specific messages.
- Develop and implement organizational requirements that enable the Country Sales Organization (CSO) organizations to cope with the increase share of online sales.
- Develop an overview of online dealer (structure) in the region of Europe of Asia and define focus dealer.
- Develop in cooperation with other departments a training program to establish required skill level in Country Sales Organization (CSO)/central organization.
