This is an entry level position reporting to the Senior Product Manager to work on our core product which provides Privilege Access Management. Our team roles are constantly evolving as we grow, so be prepared for constant tweaks in roles and responsibilities.
What You'll Do
● You will be part of the product management team working on core products with initial focus areas in analytics or UX
● You’ll be responsible for the delivery of your selected product focus area
● You’ll be interacting with customers, PMs, engineers and sales teams to understand their pain points to prioritize features for maximum impact
● Documenting stories and acceptance criteria, illustrating flows and high level UX that will be understood by engineering teams
● Collaborate with the release team to plan out releases for your focus area
● Get your hands dirty with engineering and support teams to understand the ins and outs of the product
● Support engineering team tasks when all hands on deck is needed

Pensions dashboards will enable people to access key information about all of their UK pensions, private and State, in one place online, revolutionising how people engage with their pensions throughout their lives. Enabling the delivery of pensions dashboards will require up to 52m adults in the UK to be connected with up to around 43,000 pension providers and schemes to search for their pensions.
Development work by industry has already taken place, as a concept. The goal is now to turn it into a delivery solution for the benefit of UK citizens. MaPS has created a Pensions Dashboards Programme (PDP) which will be responsible for delivering the digital architecture and governance framework that will allow multiple parties to be connected as part of the pension’s dashboards ecosystem. This hugely significant development has the potential to improve the financial wellbeing of millions of people.
The programme is comprised of an Industry Steering Group and a supporting Programme team within MaPS. The Programme is working in close partnership with DWP, TPR and FCA who all have related delivery responsibilities. Industry has had, and will continue to have, a crucial role to play in designing and developing the necessary components to make pensions dashboards possible.

The Role Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced transformation focussed programme manager to lead the TTO vertical workstream of the Bank’s strategic Fit for Growth (FFG) initiative. The successful candidate will work across the entire Transformation, Technology & Operations organisation to spearhead the workstreams that collectively will drive and execute $1bn+ of sustainable saves for the Bank over a three year period. Family Central, a service by Fei Yue Community Services, was officially appointed by the Council for Third Age (C3A) as programme organiser for the Intergenerational Learning Programme (ILP) with effect from June 2013.
The ILP aims to encourage intergenerational bonding by matching youths and seniors in a group learning environment. Through practical lessons such as Skype, Facebook, managing health and laughter yoga, seniors acquire new knowledge while youths share theirs and learn character building.
Family Central can provide a framework and methodology, capacity building through training, consultancy and sharing of best practices, and participating schools can count their ILPs as part of their service learning initiatives.
