Lead all on-site activities of a project to assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements during the start-up, construction and/or erection, commissioning, maintenance phases. Your responsibilities:

• You will provide on-site support for maintenance of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identify technical problems and make analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories.
• You will consult with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines.
• You will create and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their needs and provide specialist support and solutions, prepare and ensure all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for Service activities and troubleshoot equipment failure and make recommendations to avoid repeat the problem in the future.
• You will provide recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service, coordinate and execute specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews.

Your background:

• Vocational/ITE/Diploma training in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 years in Service Experience Power sectors.
• Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of insert specific product and industry/sector.
• Good understanding of the Transmission regulations and current H&S legislation.
• Able to work in team and good interpersonal skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To troubleshoot Instrument, Field sensor & transmitters.

• To troubleshoot PLC system PLC program, hardware and wiring, troubleshooting system error

• To perform Testing & Commissioning of Instrument and control system.

• To modify graphics, PLC program for new upgrading or migration works.

• To discuss with vendors for best and cost effective solution for PLC panels and hardware.

• To fix the issues in a timeline given by clients.

• To Study existing Instrument, PLC and SCADA , and perform program modification and additional logic.

Requirements:

1. Performed on site (Cleanroom) repairing, installation and maintenance of automation equipment and machinery which include mechanical, electrical, etc

2. Work with customers to diagnose technical problem, determine the solution and assist customer in implementing the fix.

Service Engineer is responsible for providing the company’s after sales technical and services supports. Provides technical advices, recommend scheduled maintenance, assist in product roll-out and start-up, maintain current equipment and resolve faults as required.

· Provide reactive call-out response and exceptional service to Customers

· Installation of systems and products

· Provide Customer with product training

· Carry out hardware and software modifications/upgrades on existing sited equipment

· Regular Preventative maintenance of existing products

· Communication and escalation of any service issues in line with the relevant processes

· Cover for other regions during periods of high workload

· Working as part of a team or individually responding to on site customer support requests

· Weekend call-out cover – dependent on region

• Provide all necessary product, troubleshooting, maintenance and general training to team members and provide updates and direction on new products, technical bulletins, services procedures, etc.;
• Track all maintenance and installation work at customer sites and ensure the proper documentation and forms are completed with the customer and are submitted for internal tracking and finance.
• Installation, testing & QA of new software versions prior to release to the customer.
