JOBSCOPE
1) Maintaining and improving the environment, safety and health aspects of the plant
2) Employee and supplier education with regards to environmental, safety and health aspects applicable to their job
3) Communication with external legal bodies in a timely manner, zero backlog on required submissions
4) Ensure all safety, health and environment related equipment, controls are implemented and used to their full abilities
5) Continually check and ensure maintenance of general facilities such as chemical underground tanks, LPG pipelines, Overhead cranes and goods lifts, LEV systems, fire systems & emergency equipment at critical points
6) Implementation of programs to engage employees - forming stronger safety, health and environment-oriented culture
7) Daily, Weekly & Monthly audits encompassing the whole plant
8) Prompt action in resolving findings, especially at high-risk areas
REQUIREMENT
1) Degree in any engineering fields, preferably who has technical knowledge regarding pumps, pipelines, blowers, etc
2) Preferably with experience in ESH especially in manufacturing line
3) Green Book holder
4) Added competencies are welcomed - Industrial Effluent, Scheduled Waste, Sewage, Confined Space, Working at Height
5) Willing to work on a shift rotation basis
