Job Responsibilities:
· Implementation, Operation, and maintenance of audit of HSE Management System in compliance with ISO9001 and 14001:2015 and 45001:2018.
· Responsible for overall planning, implementation of the Environment, Occupational Safety and Health matters within workplaces.
· Ensure the safe working practices are observed and complied with by all staff/workers at the site.
· Ensure that all staff and subcontractors’ workers are using suitable Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) while working at the worksite.

· Maintain, enforce, and enhance safety-related matters in accordance with DOSH Malaysia requirements.

· Lead and coordinate Emergency Response Teams (ERT) or First Aid teams during emergencies.

Job Requirements:

· Good knowledge in legal requirements and good environmental, safety and health Practices

⭕ Monitor, coach, motivate and guide sales team (individual and overall performance) towards achieving sales target.
⭕ Recruit, hire and train to ensure a performing sale teams.
⭕Assist in setting sales target and devising sales remuneration scheme for sales team.
Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters.
⭕Collaborate with marketing team in planning, conducting and monitoring all marketing activities (i.e. customer networking, digital advertising, etc.)
⭕Regularly conduct market surveys (i.e. current motor vechicles market, competitors' information, latest regulation, etc.) and report to management.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (MOTOR VECHICLES & ELECTRICAL) :
⭕ At least Diploma in related field
⭕ Self-motivated, positive thinking and energetic with ability to strategize and execute plans.
⭕ Strong leadership with good teamwork spirit.
⭕ Ability to coach, mentor and motivate the sales team.
⭕ With good communication skills and able convey the message clearly and effectively.
⭕ Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications. (Power Point, Excel and Outlook).
Preferably can communicate and well verse in Malay.
