Job Summary:

Assisting the HOD with work planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing and directing the activities of the Security and SHE through risk minimization programs for daily and during events to ensure a secure and safe facility, effective access control, security of SIC’s assets and a secure environment for the staff, clients, pectators and any third parties in SIC’s premise.

Job Descriptions:

• To identify critical security risk, SHE hazards and control weakness,
  process gaps for SIC business operations during daily and events.

• To provide advice and training to internal staff on Security & SHE requirement standards during daily and events.
• To develop, respond and assist the organization in any Security & SHE

  Health, Security Incident, Fire Safety, Road Safety and Pandemic issues to
  minimize impact and consequences annually basis by acting as a Subject
  Matter Expert (SME) for SIC Emergency Response Team (ERT)/ Crisis
  Management Team / Enterprise Risk Management Team / Business
  Continuity Program.
• To ensure and security and safety team performs the task given daily and
  provides reports as timeline given by the HOD.
• Ensuring the effectiveness of Security & SHE Management best practice
  for SIC in general.
• To assist and liaise with the consultants on revamping the CCTV and
  preparing the necessary documents. Ensuring the CCTV is always operational.

Job Requirements:

• At least Diploma in BOSHM, Green Book, Protective Management,
  Criminal Justice. or related.
• Background in Police or Armed Forces is advantage.
• Good in spoken & written in English & Bahasa Melayu. 
• Computer literate. 
• Well verse in OHSAS 18001:2007 and ISO 45001:2018 documentation and
  implementation.
• Well verse with emergency response and business continuity strategy (crisis).
• Willing to work long hours, during weekend and public holiday.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant majors.

- 5+ years of security engineering experience such as design review, threat modeling, security mitigation development, security tooling development or privacy engineering.

- 2+ years of people management in an engineering organization, strong leadership skills and stress-resistance.

- Advanced knowledge and understanding in various disciplines: web application security, mobile app security, network security, operating system internals and hardening, applied cryptography, cloud computing. You're expected to be an expert in at least one of these areas.

- Solid experience in writing and reviewing code in at least one of the following programming languages: JavaScript (Node JS), Go, Python, Java, C++, Rust.

About the role

The Cyber Security Head of Product Management is focused on standardising our internal cybersecurity capabilities and providing them as easy-to-consume services to the wider business. They will ensure that our services meet and exceed expectations to the business and external and internal stakeholders. It is suited for an experienced technology delivery expert with a keen focus on realising transformational business outcomes. They have direct line management of a team of product managers, and program management staff who are accountable for the entire lifecycle of our cybersecurity services and platforms from product ideation, requirement definition, engineering backlog, through to operational targets, and retirement. The Head of Product Management is expected to bring together product management and the programme delivery office within Cybersecurity to take on direct management of large Cyber transformation programmes (including global Cyber Fusion Centre, SOC, shift lead transition, etc) for both globally, including coordination and collaboration with other IT pillars for delivering joint success outcomes.

In addition to ongoing execution in a rapidly changing environment, the Head of Product Management is responsible for the Dyson Cybersecurity PMO setting up and maintaining a high quality project management methodology (both Agile and Waterfall - depending on project). They also ensure all aspects of change (both business and technical) are managed and implemented through the lifecycle each project working with other IT teams and business functions as necessary.

Key accountabilities

Product, Programme, project portfolio management and delivery

• Work together with the Cyber Security Leadership Team and Internal customers including R&D, IT, and markets, to build a "service led” cybersecurity capability and maintain detailed programme plan to deliver all Cyber projects with up to a 3 year horizon.
• Create a robust “virtuous cycle” of operational challenges, new capability introduction, internal customer demand, and global compliance requirements to ensure that a product roadmap is continuously maintained providing a clear picture of the cybersecurity posture and future to all stakeholders
• Set up and maintenance of a standard project management methodology
• Ensure Cyber programmes and projects are structured ,well planned and executed
• Manage the key interdependencies within the Cyber and Group IT roadmap BAU releases and those external to Group IT
• Works with Global IT Head of Programme Management to manage changes in road map direction, scope,costs, resources and timing
• Provide direction for all project risks and issues ensuring effective mitigations and resolutions are in place escalating in project governance where necessary.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure cost effective and high quality delivery across all projects

Governance and stakeholder management

• Ensure all projects are clearly defined with assumptions and success criteria agreed with stakeholders in the setup.
• Define pragmatic but robust project governance across the portfolio
• Provide direction for all programmes and large projects including escalation path for all risks and issues.
• Oversee Programme Manager to ensure programmes have the appropriate level of Stakeholder sponsorship and engagement
• Ensuring IT Governance and Cross Pillar Support is maintained throughout Programme lifecycle.
• Ensure quality of business cases created for projects in close partnership with Business Stakeholders.
• Oversee the Capex & OPEX budget for Cyber BAU services and projects, and report monthly to Group Finance and Global IT Head of Programme Management.

Team Leadership

• Line management of a team of Product Managers.
• Line management of a team of Project Managers practicing DSDM/AgilePM and PRINCE2 waterfall delivery.
• Take personal accountability for quality and accuracy of Cyber project management performance and deliverables. Do not accept ‘average’ or ‘Ok’, only excellence is acceptable
• Use predefined template to map out development goals with each member of the team in addition to their yearly objectives. Ensure these are tracked closely with regular structured 1:1s providing coaching and supervised work activities where appropriate.

About you

• Strong strategic background with an ability to synthesize large programs of work into a product strategy
• Change Management experience with strong cross-org communication skills
• Good knowledge of programme and project management methods including DSDM/Agile PM and PRINCE2.
• A proven record in IT/Cyber transformation programme delivery. Ideally gained in strategic complex projects for large organisations.
• In depth knowledge and experience of all stages of the project and programme lifecycle, including development of business cases, mobilisation of programmes.
• Ability to develop a strong programme team, potentially across multiple organisations and locations.
• Budget management and financial reporting.

1. Draft, review and negotiate with customers, partners, and vendors a wide range
of commercial & other agreements including API agreements, Airline Agreements,
distribution agreements, Alliance agreements, service agreements, LOI, MOU,
marketing agreements, payment gateway, wallet agreements, and other business
contracts;
2. Developing Legal framework & Policies & creating awareness for their compliance
within the organization & developing risk mitigation strategies;
3. Assist in regulatory compliance and meetings with various regulatory authorities
and drafting appropriate representations ensuring compliance with all applicable
laws to the organization;
4. Keep abreast with the changes in applicable laws and legal and regulatory

Reporting to the Head of Communications and Public Affairs, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing foodpanda’s public policy strategy and programmes to optimize the business and operating environment. Working collaboratively with various business functions in foodpanda, the successful candidate will be a key contributor in maintaining the company’s good reputation and standing among the communities in which we operate.

• Develop foodpanda’s internal public policy strategy and programmes on topics relating to the tech and food delivery sector, including but not limited to employment, gig work, sustainability, competition, as well as consumer & data protection
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement foodpanda’s policy stance and programmes
• Build foodpanda’s stakeholder network within the public sector, academia, professional associations, NGOs, and more, both at the central and local levels (travel to provinces, regional company offices, and other key locations are required)
• Communicate and advocate for foodpanda’s policy positions by (a) drafting position papers on proposed legislation, (b) responding to concerns from government stakeholders, (c) developing policy communications materials in consultation with key internal stakeholders such as PR/communications, legal and operations; and (d) where needed, represent foodpanda at government meetings/Congressional hearings
• Contribute to foodpanda’s efforts in uplifting riders, vendors, and our communities through relevant initiatives
• Identify and pursue partnerships with government agencies, key opinion leaders, or credible organizations to build thought leadership

Responsibilities :

● Analyze and prioritize vulnerabilities based on severity, potential impact and business risk, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement effective mitigation strategies.

● Provide strategic guidance, insights, and direction on technological, cybersecurity, and policy-related topics.

● Lead and participate in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of incident response procedures, and processes.

● Collaborate with other teams at multiple geographic locations to investigate and document security incidents, root causes, and recommend remediation actions.

● Planning and appraising ongoing assessment of antivirus, application control, firewall, SIEM, VPN, SSL, intrusion detection or intrusion prevention and other network component policies.

● Managing and configuring security systems such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, anti-virus software, and other security-related software and hardware.

● Monitoring systems, servers, and networks to detect and respond to potential security threats or suspicious activities.

● Developing and implementing security policies and procedures that ensure the organization’s data

and systems are protected against cyber threats.

● Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security

weaknesses and risks to make improvements in the organization’s security.

● Report all security incidents to the home office and work with corporate IT on response and resolution strategy.

● Contribute to the development and execution of security awareness training programs for employees to enhance security awareness and best practices.

● Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats, attack techniques and incident response strategies.

Requirements :

● Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.

● 5+ Years of experience in a cyber or information security management role.

● Strong knowledge of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, modern cybersecurity concepts, and technologies (zero trust, CIS Controls, OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, XDR, CloudSec, AppSec, NIST, ITIL, Azure Well Architected Framework, etc).

● Experience in domains of Cyber Security Operations, Incident Response, Forensic Investigation, Threat Intelligence, or Vulnerability Management preferred.

● Ability to manage and configure security systems, monitor network traffic and system logs, conduct regular security assessments and respond to security incidents.

● Demonstrated understanding of business processes, IT risk management, and related standards.

● Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard tools for vulnerability scanning, assessment, and penetration testing.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

● Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

● Proven track record of staying current with evolving cybersecurity threats and best practices.

● Exceptional planning and organizational skills, and excellent written and oral communication.
