The job
The successful candidate for this role will be working in a small growing team and the position will assist the Company Secretary with the entire company secretarial functions across various subsidiaries and jurisdictions. The role will involve close contact with Directors, senior management, in particular Tax, Legal, Group financial Reporting within the organization.
This is a broad ranging and hands-on role which involves working in a busy team environment.
The responsibilities will involve:
o Delivery of company secretarial duties for the company's various subsidiaries.
o Preparation of broad and committee packs.
o Producing clear and concise minutes of meetings.
o Assist to ensure that the Companies Act and relevant regulatory requirements are adhered to and complied.
o Assisting in keeping statutory records of the Company's subsidiaries up-to-date.
The candidate
Aspiring candidate who are interested in this Senior Executive (Assistant Manager)level role will have a consirable PLC experience with recent experience of managing large share schemes, reports and accounts in a PLC environment listing and organising large scale AGMs.
Candidate must be a qualified Chartered Secretary/ICSA associate level with minimum 3 years of post qualified experience in handling corporate secretarial duties.
Possess strong knowledge of basic company secretarial compliance matters, maintenance of company registers and share certificates,issuing and transfer of shares and listing requirements.
Experience of convening and attending Board meetings plus preparation of minutes.
Experience of drafting board and shareholder resolutions.
Excellent written and spoken English is necessary and essential.

This job provides Information Security and Risk Management services for the Organization. Works with peers within security, HM Health Solutions customers and application teams to ensure alignment with current and future security needs. What you'll be doing:
Reviewing alerts from internal Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools requiring log correlation, log analysis, identifying malicious behavior, vetting of False Positives, remediating system misconfigurations and tracking system state changes.
Providing first level response for security events including but not limited to intrusion detection, malicious use of cloud resources, denial of service incidents, privileged account misuse and network breaches
Collaborate across product with sophisticated threat response teams, taking on role of incident commander.
Building automated vulnerability scans and review vulnerability assessment reports
Leading the collection of assets data (configuration settings, running processes, network connections, etc.) for further investigation
Developing new data dashboards and metrics that detail threats to the security posture.
Exploring ways to identify stealthy threats and devise containment processes
Building and maintaining security incident response playbooks and apply them for remediation and recovery efforts
What you should have:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Security or a related field
10+ years of hands-on experience in SOC or Security Incident response teams
Outstanding organizational and collaborative focus
Ability to lead in challenging scenarios
Experience with public cloud providers like AWS, GCP and Azure along with their security standard and methodologies is required
Experience with cloud, IaaS, PaaS, ‘network-as-a-service’ environment.
Shown Splunk skills (detection creation, queries and dashboard development)
Demonstrated background in security products (Tenable Nessus, Nexpose) and technologies (Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) systems, authentication and authorization mechanisms, encryption of data in transit and data at rest), modern logging technologies (Splunk and Kibana), security engineering, networking protocols (TCP/UDP), security analysis, network and endpoint forensics
Programming experience in Python, shell scripting to automate and integrate with security tools
Focus on collaboration with excellent verbal and written skills to build effective documentation and streamlined incident reports and RCCA artifacts
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Validated knowledge and technical savvy with Cloud security controls (security groups, Cloud Trail logs, IAM, EC2, S3, Kubernetes best security practices. etc.)
Understanding of industry compliance standards relevant to Software as a Service and Cloud Computing, such as ISO27001, SOC2, NIST, HIPPA and PCI-DSS
Familiarity with common DevOps technologies such as Ansible, Dockers, Terraform, Kubernetes along with strong Linux fundamentals is a plus

The Vulnerability Management Analyst will lead in driving the strategy, evaluation, process, execution, and operations of the vulnerability management program at Illumina. Responsible for successfully executing enterprise-wide Information Security Operational controls and processes related to vulnerability management that protect the company’s data and functions across all business areas. Adhering to data protection standards, procedures, regulatory oversight, and technical solutions for the Information Security department.
Lead vulnerability management investigations, establish and improve monitoring processes, analysis of vulnerability events, validation via manual testing of patch effectiveness, cyber-security-based awareness and education, and vulnerability management requests. Point of escalation for zero-day vulnerabilities triage and response for junior staff.
Performs all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all state, federal, and country laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.
In accordance with regulatory and audit requirements, this position will perform analysis of systems and programs, including the cyber-security related programs and initiatives.
