• Help in the strategy (if Required) for and execute all local paid online acquisition efforts including:
- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tik-Tok ads
- Search engine marketing (SEM)
- Google Display Network (GDN) and other Banner ads
- Affiliates
• Collect data and track the performance of all marketing activities and channels against set KPIs (CPI, CPO, CPA, PPC etc.)
• Manage day to day workflow and setup for projects and campaigns across platforms • Regularly provide analysis on performance against forecasts and making adjustments as necessary to fulfil the set objectives
• Serving clients for tasks such as performance media briefing, strategy planning, budget allocation, campaign analyses and quarterly business reviews
• Spearheading relations with account team working on common accounts to ensure alignment with clients
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues on campaigns, especially conversion-oriented ones
• Innovating to improve performance, growth and profitability across all channels
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and come up with creative ideas that are one step ahead of the competition
• Share best practices with peers within group

The specialist will be solely accountable for the accuracy, efficiency, and quality of their output.
The role requires a savvy digital marketer with hands-on execution experience and reporting involvement in paid search and/or paid social campaigns. A tactical mindset, problem solver, results-driven, attention to detail, and team player mentality are some of the attributes that will warrant a successful and progressive career journey within Kaliber.
The role will expose the successful candidate to the global market strategies and tactics for various channels and verticals, working alongside collaborative and passionate colleagues across multiple countries. They will be allocated a reasonable set of client campaigns to manage, supported by senior colleagues such as performance managers and strategists.
