Job Description 

Responsibilities

• Design and implement inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control 
  procedures. 
• Monitor and maintains current inventory level, create monthly inventory reports 
  accurately, records the in and out of the items, and label inventory items that will be used. 
• Gather, analyze, and enter data for Field Service needs. 
• Shipping, receiving and delivery of incoming/outgoing stock, machine parts and 
  devices. 
• Research potential vendors & co-ordinate repairs with vendors. 
• Track and analyze stock usage to insure the most cost-effective use of budgeted dollars. 
• Recommend min - max sparing levels based upon usage statistics. 
• Recommend new parts and old parts to purge based upon usage. 
• Coordinate with logistic team for stock transfer, deliveries, tagging and processing. 
• Research viable suppliers for the purchase of inventory items. 
• Administrate and track outsourced warranty repairs, responsible for all the 
  material quality control. 
• Recommend operational process improvements. 
• Provide management with reports on usage, on hand stock, outsourced activities, etc, through weekly status report 
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by Superior. 

Required Skills and Qualifications 

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business Admin or equivalent. 
• Minimum 2 years related working experience in related field. 
• Able to read and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu. 
• Computer literate and well verse in Microsoft Word and Excel 
• Possess good attitude, result oriented and a team player. 
• Good interpersonal and able to work independently. 
• Attention to details and able to work under pressure to fulfil task within tight 
  deadline. 
• Problem-solving skills and good in mathematics. 
• Able to work with a large group of foreign and local workers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the accident investigation team to investigate the status and cause of each accident and establish measures to prevent similar accidents.
• Ensure the training and education of all personnel is being carried out to an acceptable standard. 
• Perform inspections such as hazard identification, risk assessment and determination control measures to ensure that safe work practices are implemented at site.
• To register to JKKP for jobsite register under his name.
• To prepare Safety & Health Report monthly.
• Promote the concept that Safety and Health are a line responsibility
• Notify sub-contractors to remedy unsafe activities or work conditions and if any of them do not comply, suspend work with acknowledgement by Project Manager or prohibit the use of the facilities until rectification is confirmed.
• Assist auditors visiting audit the safety and health management and strive to reflect the auditing results in the safety and health management.
• Advise on safety legislation and procedures.
• To become secretary to the safety and health committee.
• To arrange safety committee meeting
• Monitor the weekly inspection report prepared by site safety supervisor.
• Liaise with relevant authorities on occupational safety and health matters.
• Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering (Environmental/safety/officer)
• Familiar with the Occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) and Factory and Machinery Act (FMA).
• ISO 9001/OHSAS 18001 standard requirements.
• Candidates must possess at least green book.
• Able to work independently.
• Built a good communication and good relationship with other site staff / superiors.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing all regulatory matters concerning BNM (Bank Negara Malaysia).

• Acting as the primary liaison officer for the Bank in addressing regulatory inquiries and preparing for regulatory examinations, in coordination with regulations set out by BNM.
