Responsibilities:

Position Purpose 

The Senior Business Support Executive plays a pivotal role in strengthening our support functions to better assist our Sales, Client Management, and Marketing teams. Job Description:

• 與上級和團隊成員密切合作，制定店內可視性計劃並跟進，以實現及時有效的實施。
• 編譯和分析市場數據以發現趨勢。根據公司策略，推廣指定產品的增值銷售，以提高產品的市場佔有率。
• 收集和分析競爭訊息，制定銷售策略並設定目標。
• 透過調查根本原因並提出改進建議來管理和解決問題和投訴。
• 及時準備並啟動品牌活化活動，與行銷團隊密切合作。確保所有商店展示和活動（促銷）均正確且及時地設定。
• 準備週報告並有效參與銷售會議。

要求 ：

• 至少2-3年相關領域工作經驗，最好來自快速消費品產業的銷售/大客戶
• 敬業、成熟、足智多謀、能夠獨立工作
• 良好的人際溝通能力，能夠與各級員工互動
• 系統、專注、組織良好的人
• 必須擁有自己的車輛並願意出行
• 強大的跟進能力，確保計劃得到執行
