As a QA Analyst you will be responsible for testing and validating the functionality of all User Stories from the team according to the requirements. A person in this role is expected to be proficient in navigating Salesforce and comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. A QA Engineer is a self-motivated driven individual as well as a team player.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Test Case Design & Strategy
- Perform regular reviews of existing test cases and update as needed
- Must understand Salesforce Marketing Cloud & its integrations
- Data Cloud Knowledge
- SFDC Marketing Cloud: Email studio, automation studios, Journey Builder, and hands on experience in SQL
- Experience with regression testing within Salesforce environment (SFMC, Salesforce)
- Hands-on experience in SSJS and AMPscript
- Perform unit, functional and weekly regression testing
- Ensure that acceptance criteria are clearly communicated and documented
- Attend and participate in scrum ceremonies
- Collaborate with other members of the QA and DevOps Team
- Advocate for the end user
- Provide support to end user training
- Review and support creation of training materials
- Security Testing - both positive and negative testing
- Find and escalate defects
- Effectively communicate with multiple roles within the team from Developer, Admin, Architect, Product Manager and more
- Be an advocate and voice for our QA policies and procedures within your team
- Proactively identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in our processes and procedures
- Contribute to the update of test cases in our automated testing tools
- Provide support to other QA Engineers when necessary
