The ETF Operations Supervisor will oversee and review various activities within ETF Operations. Overall responsibility for the delivery of daily PCF and management of the ETF order life cycle including collateral and other order economics
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of daily PCF and manage ETF order life cycle including collateral and other order economics
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures
- Interact with clients, answer queries, participate in meetings, following best practices and providing knowledgeable solutions.
- Interact with Authorized Participants by understanding the ETF ecosystem and ensuring AP’s view Citi as the best service provider
- Interact with staff by supporting, communicating, and training team members so they perform to the best of their abilities and continue to grow as professionals.
- Interact with auditors, risk and compliance and comply with all audit, regulatory and compliance directives.
- Proactively identify and manage operational risk by identifying risk and working with manager to plan to mitigation
- Interact with other areas of Citi; Product, Tech, Custody, Fund Accounting and Financial Reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in ETF Operations, fund accounting, custody or related field
- Knowledge of funds services and its process
- Knowledge of relevant technical systems
- Previous supervisory experience
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) knowledge in related area
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
