Manage and lead a team of Sales Executives covering the area assigned under your care. You are responsible to ensure the team are well equipped with our product and service knowledge as well as internal business process flow in order to carry out their sales function professionally and efficiently. This role will required you to work alongside with senior management team on the execution of our sales strategy effectively.
Sales Management
- Lead and drive your sales team in achieving the goal sets by the company.
- Lead the sales team in providing relevant solution in addressing customer objection
- Is the lead person for the team in addressing and resolving any internal issue with all respective internal stakeholders professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure team achievement is closely monitor and put in effective action plan with strong execution action to address achievement issue
- Conduct weekly team meeting which includes to update and share the weekly team's performance result; to address, discuss and resolve sales activities related matters.
Cross Department Collaboration
- Closely collaborate and have strong working relationship with back-end support team to ensure you are well equip with our back-end process that will impact customer journey experience with Lyreco.
- Have strong work collaboration with marketing department, ensure you are constantly equip with our marketing campaign planning and product pricing strategy update
Team Development
- Ability to conduct on-job-training. Ensure your Sales team members are well trained with our company standard procedure related to our customer order journey with Lyreco.
- Conduct monthly employee performance review, ensure effective feedback conversation establish with your team members to drive performance.
- Work with your director and L&D team, to coach and guide your team members for their career development within Lyreco.
Personal Profile and Characteristic Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in commerce, business administration or related
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), Solution Selling Skills, Sales Negotiation skills, Sales Pipeline Management skills
- Active listening skills and proactive communication in verbal and written
- Minimum 5years sales experience in B2B environment and 3 year experience in managing a team of sales person in SME business portfolio
- Ability to understand culture differences and work harmony with your colleague and drive team spirit within and cross functional
- Spirit of achieve and strive for producing better result compare to yesterday
- Ability to move with times, and adapt rapid changes in day to day work in meeting the market demand
