Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients. The support will be in various channels such as phone calls, email, and chat. You are expected to provide the best-in-class customer service and ensure the customers are fully satisfied.

 

Your Missions:

•  Communicate and explain basic information to the customer
•  Overcome concerns, resolving customer concerns through active listening, empathy, professionalism, and problem solving

Our Requirements:

• Native Chinesee with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in any field, preferably Finance and Economics related / Corporate Administration, Corporate Governance, Law, etc.
• However, fresh graduates with strong job relations are encouraged to apply.
  Possess strong time management skills and is motivated to exceed expectations.
  Ability to multi-task and use the information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs.

You will be expected to: 

• Perform month end closing activities such as
  • Cash reconciliation with Treasury team
  • Timely and accurate processing of journal entries (Fixed Asset Depreciation, Intangible Asset Amortization, Prepayment Expense, Payroll entries and other adjustments and corrections as needed)
  • Intercompany balances reconciliation

• Receive and review scanned invoices and emails in English and German and apply application in P&L on a daily basis;
• Prepare payments in on-line banking;

• Help to prepare full set package of financial reports for relevant entities;
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports;
• Assist with the annual audit;

As a member of our Technical Documentation Team, you will be responsible for creating professional technical documentation for a wide range of consumer goods, e.g. electronics, household appliances, gardening tools, sport equipment, toys, etc.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Creating instruction and assembly manuals for consumer goods in German in accordance with product standards and regulations
• Proofreading and reviewing technical documentation
• Preparing instruction manuals for the translation process

The Role

 

This is a junior level professional role with progressive responsibility as experience grows. This role serves as a functional/technical chat and call specialist for the Global Client Resolution Team and will be working independently with guidance provided in complex and unconventional situations.

 

Responsibilities

 

This role administers the chat and call facility to handle client inquiry related to their day-to-day operation related to Visa.

• Chat and call specialist to handle all client inquiries related to their day-to-day operation concerning Visa.

• Manage activities and requests for support and information in Microsoft Dynamics.

• Provide chat and call support with adherence to best practice and support to business KPIs.

• Ability to understand and troubleshoot problems and clearly identify complexity for proper and timely escalation.

• Provide global support during US/LAC/EU/AP/CEMEA business hours as needed.

• Perform work with a high degree of excellence and accuracy, maintaining and fulfilling service level objectives with best practice and process applied.

• Identify key process improvement and opportunities based on inquiry trends and any operational pain-points and improve service delivery.
