Responsibilities:-
1.Analyzing data from live streams to identify trends and improve sales.
2.Creating and optimizing live broadcast schedules, scripts, and activities.
3.Managing all aspects of TikTok live broadcasts, including creating product groups, and increasing sales.
4.Leading large-scale live broadcast events for brands.
5.Training and coaching live hosts on delivery, sales, and product knowledge.
6.Analyzing competitor broadcasts and implementing insights to improve your brand's performance.
7.Developing strategies to achieve sales targets.
8.Collaborating internal teams to achieve goals.
Requirements:-
1. At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, social media, or e-commerce platforms; Proven experience in TikTok marketing in the Malaysian market is an advantage (Skintific, YOU, Originote etc).
2.Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving results in a local context.
3.In-depth knowledge of TikTok's ecosystem, algorithms, content trends, and best practices as they apply to the Malaysian audience.
4.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and inspire confidence.
5.Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and make data-driven decisions tailored to the local market.
6.Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
