Job responsibilities:
- Launch new product within the digital space for equities trading or mutual funds subscription.
- Drive innovation in the trading platform and technology to stay ahead of industry trends and enhance user experience.
- Involved in discussions with regulatory matters and submission work for preparation of product launch
- Develop and communicate a compelling vision for the company, leading the executive team in strategic planning and execution.
- Optimize revenue, profitability, and market share through effective financial strategies and performance monitoring.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
- Represent the company in external forums and industry events, contributing to a positive brand image.
- Champion customer-centric strategies to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.
- Minimum 8 years of experience dealing with listed securities, derivatives, fund management or investment advice.
- Holds CMSRL for one of the regulated activities under SC's guidelines
