Role Overview
As the Head of Human Resources (HR), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the overall HR strategy in alignment with the organization's goals. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. The successful candidate will contribute to fostering a positive organizational culture that promotes employee engagement, development, and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding and retention programs.
- Conduct regular talent reviews and succession planning.
- Handle employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Address and resolve workplace conflicts, conducting investigations when necessary.
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
- Partner with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement the company's overall business strategy.
- Represent the company in the community and at industry events.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, with a focus on transformation and strategic HR.
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
