• Attend to walk-in patients and visitors
• Handle phone call enquiries/appointments
• Registration and scheduling of appointments
• Attend to patients at clinic counter
• Dispense medication, collect payment.
• Handle administrative issues
• Assisting doctors with procedures/ad hoc duties
• Chaperone doctor for female patients
