Job Descriptions:
- To provide support to Operations Training Manager to design, deliver and administer operation's training programs in accordance with operation's training and development plan
- Analyze the training needs of employees to develop training programs that enhances their know-how, skills and performance
- Stay updated with externally-provided programs and make recommendations when needed
- Compile and maintain an inventory of Operations training received by staff
- Conduct post training evaluation of all Operations training programs and take necessary action to rectify any deficiencies in the training methodology or content
- Draft user friendly training manuals for Operations related systems, both through using available material from out network and from training vendors or consultants
Job Requirements:
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field, preferably HR management, Psychology, Business Administration
- 1-2 years' relevant experience, HR / employee training and development
- Preferably experience in logistics / transportation industry or multinational companies
- Strong written English communication skills
- Attention to Details, Analyzing Statistical Information, bases decisions on facts and figure
- Generates new ideas, Innovative, enjoys being creative, thinks of original solutions
- Enjoy Interacting with People and must be able persuades others of the value of an approach or idea
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
