JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for supply chain processes, such as inventory analysis, order fulfilment, import/export operations and shipping, for a country or regional business unit with minimum supervision applying discretion and judgment.
• Key focal point for India
• Compiles key metrics, produces reports, and analyzes data using IT systems for Backlog management activities like managing of Distress orders, Aging orders etc.
• Work with regional Order management team to review daily backlog.
• Work with respective functional team to solve any issues.
• Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Collaborates across countries within a region.
• Typically partners with high-level Individual Contributors.
• Supports small projects requiring quantitative and qualitative analyses.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience Required:

• Diploma / Degree Qualifications
• Typically 0-2 years of experience in a supply chain function

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Good understanding of supply chain processes (plan, source, make deliver).
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Basic understanding of project management methodology.
• Developing business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility
• Well versed in SAP Order management tools will be an advantage
• Basic understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ATP.
• Basic understanding of import/export regulatory requirements and compliance.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI would be an asset.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and lead a team of Engineer Assistants to maintain and support daily manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis and real-time solution implementation.
• Participate internal Kaizen projects and various training, and contribute to improvement.
• Perform testing and commissioning of complex servers and storage products, resolve system, network, and test equipment problems when needed
• Handle re-configurations in accordance to customer’s specifications
• Basic knowledge of servers and able to handle failure analysis (FA).
• Able to identify various error codes for individual failed server given by the diagnostic program
• UNIX and hardware based troubleshoot and rework on the failed server unit.
• Conduct investigation and Root Cause Analysis for Process and Test related issues, and work together with the team on CAPA.
• Daily updates of the orders on the line, generating daily, weekly and monthly reports. Keep the line well maintained. Keeping Engineers well informed if any discrepancies found in the line.
• Provide training to newly joined employees, and update training material when required.
• Support internal and external audit, including 5S, EHS, Compliance and ISO.
• Team administrative task. Motivates team members and assesses performance.
• Other task assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Computer / IT and/or Mechatronics
• 5 years or more working experience, prefer in manufacturing environment
• Leadership Skills, Self-Motivation, Strong Relationship Building
• Familiar with QA tools such as Fishbone, PDCA, DMAIC, 5Why, 8D
• Willing to learn and able to pick up skills quickly

• Works closely with Operation, Engineering and Logistics team to resolve issues to enable order to ship on-time.

• Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Typically high-level Individual Contributors.
• Supports small projects requiring quantitative and qualitative analysis.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Degree / Diploma in any field
• Knowledgeable in SAP transaction
• Well verse in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge in E2E supply chain process from Customer Purchase Order receipt to Delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct time and motion studies to identify touch time elements which represent part of manufacturing process across all customer's product models.
• Analyzes data and process to establish the cookbook and compute touch time and non-touch time of each product model through E2E process
• Investigate current processes and drive continuous improvements projects for quality, productivity, and cost effectiveness
• Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the respective matric owners to track and achieve the overall committed targets of KPIs
• Work with Senior Engineers to set up process recipes of newly introduced processes or new process equipment or tools.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned in accordance to business needs

Skills and Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in industrial technology, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering or relevant field
• Prefer to have Kaizen/Lean manufacturing experiences.
• Excellent in analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and data accuracy
• Must be a team player and highly motivated.
• Flexibility and ability to change priorities.
• Ability to multi-task with strong sense of urgency; ability to meet deadlines.
