The role will generally encompass submitting accurate and timely tax returns, supporting documents and schedules in accordance with the relevant local tax rules, regulations and generally accepted practices, within the deadlines set by Authority. Pay or effect payment of all tax liabilities on time and in the right amount, as shown on the tax return. Submit accurate and timely tax accounting information in accordance with local and Group accounting requirements. Closely engage with other processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities upon which tax payments/returns submissions are depends on.

About the Role
Created, implement and enhance Investment Data Governance Dashboards• Direct responsibility with respect to the design and continuous delivery and improvement of the implemented Data Governance Dashboard (“Dashboard”) which include enhancing the Dashboard taking into consideration new requirements coming from the Group and potentially from each individual AIA markets.
• To work closely with Investment Data Governance (IDG) Data Analysis team to ensure that data feed into the Dashboard are accurate and timely.
• Contribution to the ongoing development and continuous delivery of the Dashboard to each individual AIA markets as and when required
• Conduct and participate in session with relevant business units and/or system owners to understand the system architecture impacting the provision of data into the Dashboard
• Design and implement any Dashboard requirement to meet the growth of the business/company
• Work with Group Data Governance to ensure that the Dashboard meet the Group requirement and suggest any improvements in increasing the performance and efficiency of the Dashboard
• To raise any issues that impacts the performance and quality of the Dashboard to relevant stakeholders and if required, to the vendor/supplier that supports the Dashboard application.
• Enhancing own abilities and knowledge of the Precisely Data360, Power BI product and other relevant tools to the extent enabling the Company to utilise the full features of the product that the Company has procured.
• Work closely with other teams within Group Investment Data Governance and across Investment to align the technical design with the business requirements
• Work closely with the Group and Business Units stakeholders to rectify any Critical Data Elements (CDEs) that require remediation as to ensure that the data quality of the CDEs meet the required threshold timely and in a robust manner.
• Assist the Head of Group Investment Data Governance with projects and initiatives from time to time as required.
Job Requirements :
5-7 years of related experience in insurance and/or asset management, in change management, projects or communications
Good command of written and spoken English. Be able to converse in Chinese will be an added advantage.
Creative and open to sharing in implementing new ideas
Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization
Independent and strong self-initiative.
Good technical data mining skills using various system languages (e.g. SQL)
