Role Summary:
Resource Planners create medium to long term planning and schedules for all operational service resources whilst making decisions to communicate and deliver service. Resource Planners handle exception management, and balance continuously conflicting demands in the area of business obligations, resource availabilities and customer demand.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
• Create a resourcing plan and service order fulfillment schedule to deliver on commitments and have an optimized resource allocation across service engineers and service parts.
• Make long and short-term decisions to deliver service whilst balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations and customer demand
• Receive, monitor, develop and dispatch service orders for service engineers and resources
• Act as the single person of contact for exception and escalation of service orders for customers, consumers and service engineers (internal / external) in a professional matter (analysis, registration, communication and timely escalation)
• Create, communicate and confirm customer maintenance plan(s) for preventive maintenance aligned with contract and maintenance requirements
• Forecast, plan, analyze and monitor service execution for workforce utilization and preventive maintenance
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree level education
• Fluent in English, verbal and written in addition to local language
• Minimum 2 years experience in Supply Chain Management or Customer Services
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office Software
• Experience with case management systems and related tools

The ideal candidate will have very strong knowledge of semiconductor supply chain management processes both in the foundry and OSAT's. You will lead tactical production activities and facilitate decisions in a fast paced, changed matrixed environment
What you’ll be doing:
You will act as the critical link within Operations to bridge factory execution and internal stakeholders to set priorities and production plans.
You will manage weekly production status, trackers, forecast gaps, supply/demand shortages and customer issues. Drive key performance indicators and factory metrics including OEE, Utilization, Cycle Time, SOD's. Identify production gaps, root cause, and implement continuous improvement plans.
You'll own operations' supply dedication for multiple board product families that the rest of NVIDIA will rely on to make customer and revenue commitments.
Craft an optimized requested production schedule considering lot-sizing, priorities, constraints for NVIDIA's execution teams and other manufactures throughout in Asia.
Guard NVIDIA's liability by working to monitor and reduce aging materials and tightly coordinating with the Business Units on demand and flexibility trade-offs.
Often times there will be capacity, materials, and production issues that will prevent satisfying all demand. You will be the person in charge to resolve tradeoff options and work with internal partners to craft the optimal plan.
Analyze demand shortfalls and changes in supply to prepare a weekly supply summary to management.
Work with the program managers & engineers to develop ramp plans for products from early-stage sampling to high-volume production.
You will oversee the transition plan of product revisions based on customer qualification schedules and supply availability.

What we need to see:
10+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience including leadership roles in large-scale capability deployments supporting critical business processes
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Supply Chain Planning, Industrial Engineering or other industry-related field.
Good communication, problem-solving, collaboration, interpersonal, and quantitative skills.
Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel VBA, SAP, SAP APO, Windchill, industry leading Advanced Planning software.
Language: Excellent English skills on reading, writing, speaking, and listening
Personality: highly organized, detailed orientated, a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership

We are now looking for a highly motivated and qualified Production Control Planner based in NVIDIA Korea. Our team manages all the CHIP supply commit to meet our demand requirement and achieve company revenue target. Continuously improve build-mix flexibility and supply availability that can support production in Speed-Of-Light and accommodate the demand changes timely.
What you'll be doing:
Translate demand/supply plan into a master production schedule fulfilling the build mix requirement to support demand fluctuation.
Analyze tradeoff options and influence decisions based on constraints in the whole supply chain.
Own supply commitments for multiple CHIP products. Craft optimized supply plan considering material availability as well as constraints.
Plan and allocate dependent raw materials of die, substrate, memory, and other materials to the right production subcon to meet production schedule.
Work closely with Product Engineering Team to coordinate smooth transition of product/engineering revision changes.
Own production planning related transactions in SAP. Responsible for production order management and re-prioritize existing WIP based on the latest demand & supply trends to ensure product supply availability.
Identify slow moving/aging inventory and drive clearance activities with Business Unit to minimize write-off.
Support and develop various operational metrics and reportings to drive improvement initiatives in production control planning.
What we need to see:
3+ years of working experience in supply chain/operations, preferably with background in semiconductors
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Business focused on operations, supply chain management or equivalent experience in Semiconductor Planning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office, SAP, industry leading Advanced Planning software.
Proven problem-solving, teamwork, interpersonal, detail oriented and quantitative skills.
A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership. Be able to work at a fast-paced environment, can handle multi-tasks simultaneously under tight schedule.
