角色

候選人簡介
渴望擔任此職位的候選人必須是成熟、開朗、積極主動、工作態度積極的人。您必須能夠表現出強大的企業管理技能。此外，您必須具備治理原則的工作知識以及公司秘書支援角色或公司法的背景。
資質及經驗：
*企業管理學士學位或ICSA專業資格（合格或部分合格）。
*至少2年公司秘書實務經驗。
*熟悉公司法、馬來西亞證券交易所上市要求的規定。
*良好的英語口語和書面能力；精通馬來語和華語。
*良好的人際/溝通和會議記錄寫作能力。
*精通電腦技能。
