We are seeking an experienced individual to oversee our accounts and administrative staff. Responsibilities include supervising the completion of basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording cash transactions, purchases, expenses, and payments. Additionally, the role involves reconciling revenue and capital expenses, devising accounting flows for sales and promotional activities, and participating in treasury and inventory checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage lower-level accounts and administrative staff.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in all financial transactions and bookkeeping tasks.
- Develop and implement accounting flows for sales and promotional activities.
- Prepare monthly management income statements and balance sheets to meet director and shareholder requirements.
- Manage Point of Sale (POS) and Accounting systems, overseeing data processing and ensuring system development aligns with company progression.
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in financial reporting, accounting systems, and process improvement. Ruspert Eco Coating Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd a.k.a REC launched in 24 June 2014, located in Simpang Ampat, Penang state of Malaysia. Our factory area is 32,000 sq ft. Our top management and production management are a group of people with more than 15 years of fasteners experience.
REC is is approved exclusive licensee for RUSPERT coating in Malaysia from Nihon Ruspert Co., Ltd a.k.a NR. Our factory is also the first high-grade surface & environmental friendly coating technology plant in Malaysia, corrosion resistance can up to 1500 hours, in line with European Standard EN ISO 12944-2 C4. RUSPERT coating equipment provided by NR appointed manufacturer in China. The whole coating process is environment friendly, no waste and harmful gas. Raw material provided by OEM NR factory in Japan and REC obtained import tax exemption for raw materials. The coating process technology are full provided from NR, REC send people to Japan for training and NR send people here to provide technical guidance.
REC currently has one dip spin machine, with monthly capacity of 500 hours RUSPERT at 300 tons and 1000-1500 hours RUSPERT at 150 tons. REC plans to add one dip spin machine by end of the year 2014 and double up the capacity. REC follow the quality control process provided by NR. Our quality and testing equipments: salt spray test machine, FISCHER thickness measuring instrument, precision scales, viscosity cup and others quality testing equipment to control the quality accurately and efficiently.
REC also send samples to European lab to do EN ISO 12944-2 C4 testing, certification will be available end of Aug 2014. REC can also provide DIY small packaging for fasteners such as plastic transparent box, plastic container window box, PVC bag with header and etc.
