- To automate HR functions like e-job description, and e-application (Bridge toll & car interest subsidy) & etc.
b. Company & HR website
- To design & maintain Company and HR Website as and when necessary
c. HR System Administration (Local & Global System)
- Data Management (Data entry, data accuracy checking between Local and global SAP), e-filing management (OpenText).
d. Benefit Management
- To administer company’s benefit (leave management, bridge toll, car interest subsidy & etc.).
e. Time Management System (TMS)
- To handle feedback from employees on TMS issues.
- To follow up closely with ITD on pending issues, to make sure no late payments & legal compliance.
f. Reporting
- Data/Reporting on Employee Headcount and the turnover rate to the respective department on monthly & ad hoc basis.
