Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of a multi-channel communications strategy for the Cluster, with focus on message development and promotional efforts for the targeted segments. Owner of the cluster communication strategy.
Job Description
Annual Planning & Budget: Develop yearly communication plans and budgets for sales divisions.
Promotional Activities: Implement sales-aligned promotional activities, adhering to brand guidelines.
Internal Communication: Plan internal activities, reinforcing company culture and strategy.
Omnichannel Strategy: Create local omnichannel strategies for key initiatives.
Content Activation: Activate content across channels, collaborating with digital marketing.
Alignment with Sales: Ensure local strategies support sales objectives and market priorities.
Content Coordination: Oversee content alignment with local needs and collaborate with Business Units.
Performance Evaluation: Collect feedback on content performance, optimizing strategies.
Internal Liaison: Act as the local contact for central initiatives and group communications.
Brand Champion: Champion the Alfa Laval brand for all cluster stakeholders.
What You Know
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in campaign management and communications.
Proven track record and experience in successful online campaign execution.
Ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with business objectives.
Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
