Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Content & Community Curator to join our team in Singapore with flexibility for some remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development, planning, and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across Southeast Asia. This role requires a unique combination of creativity, customer focus, analytical thinking, social media fluency, and the ability to establish and maintain relationships with content creators, clients and colleagues. Key Duties And Responsibilities
● Plan, execute, and coordinate campaigns, liaising with clients and influencers for campaign-related activities
● Own and develop strategies and KPIs to grow, engage our influencers community and social media accounts
● Source, evaluate, and build relationships with new influencers
● Engage, retain and develop strong relationships with existing influencers
● Contribute to scale operations for us through innovation, proficiency, and root cause analysis while optimizing the operational workflow by identifying and eliminating problems
● Unleashing your creative juices in proposing suitable marketing campaigns
● Conceptualizing and pitching for exciting campaigns with the various departments
● Effectively manage and optimize campaign cost and budget
● Process influencers payments on time with accuracy
● Handling crisis effectively, when required
● Social media research and talent research and forecast
● Provide proactive support to the team and collaborate with team members
● Any other responsibilities that the company may assign to you from time to time within reasonable scope
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, an eye for content and a keen understanding of social media platforms
- Excellent relationship-building and networking skills to work effectively with content creators, clients and colleagues to execute successful campaign planning and execution
- Experience in project management with exceptional organizational skills and a mindset towards delivering results on time and on budget
- Ability to analyze data, metrics and insights to inform campaign recommendations and optimization
- Have a creative and innovative mindset focused on driving results and achieving benchmarks
- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related field preferred, but not required
