The Head of Branding and Communications (BCD) will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies to increase brand awareness about UNIRAZAK and market share. This includes managing all internal and external communications, overseeing the creation of marketing materials, and ensuring that all communications align with our brand identity. He/She will also be responsible for monitoring market trends, overseeing social media strategies, and managing our public relations efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of brand development and communication strategies.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Compile, develop and execute UNIRAZAK's branding plan, in line with the business strategy as decided and communicated by the management;
2. Setup, update and monitor the approved calendar of events;
3. Design and co-ordinate media campaigns, advertising and all kind of PR visibility on print, online and social media;
4. Responsible for the design and production of media content;
5. Participate in the planning of external and internal events, conferences and fairs and coordinate as directed by the management;
6. Procure all PR and brand related items and materials for UNIRAZAK's events;
7. Be involved and collaborate on all initiatives related to UNIRAZAK's Business Development, PR and Corporate Social Responsibility;
8. Conduct marketing research to support any required project and keep updated with latest current trends and guidelines;
9. Upkeep of UNIRAZAK homepage and other social media pages.
OTHER DUTIES
To carry out such other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the immediate superior or designated representative on behalf of Universiti Tun Abdul Razak.

Responsibilities:
1. Training and Development:
· Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and productivity.
· Identify training needs through assessments and consultations with department heads and managers.
· Design training materials, modules, and courses based on identified needs and industry best practices.
· Coordinate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvements.
2. Payroll Assistance:
· Provide support to the payroll unit by assisting with payroll processing, including data entry, reconciling payroll discrepancies, and generating reports.
· Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee timesheets, leave requests, and other payroll-related documents.
· Collaborate with the finance department to ensure compliance with relevant payroll laws, regulations, and company policies.
· Address employee inquiries related to payroll, deductions, and tax-related matters.
3. Staff Welfare:
· Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee well-being and job satisfaction.
· Administer employee welfare programs, including health and wellness initiatives, employee engagement activities, and recognition programs.
· Monitor and address employee grievances and concerns related to welfare, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Description
Main Responsibilities
To assist the Head of Quality Assurance in maintaining an effective and efficient administrative system relating to Training and Company Authorisation administration.
Qualifications
i. Bachelor Degree in any field; or
ii. Diploma in any field and minimum two (2) years working experience in a related function; or
iii. SPM with minimum four (4) years working experience in a relevant
Function.
Specific Functions
i. General administration of all activities related to training and courses to ensure that an effective and efficient administrative system is maintained.
ii. Administer and review training / courses contents to ensure compliance towards ADE Part 145 policies and regulatory requirements.
iii. To control and update all Asia Digital Engineering Part 145 AMO Certifying Staff training records in AMOS.
iv. Liaison with training provider for training / courses forecast development and scheduling.
v. Coordination of activities related to training (internal and external), including Job Training (OJT) and internship program in ADE Part 145.
vi. To assist in the development of QA publications including manuals, QN, QA Forms, etc.
vii. Arrange and administer training / course billing and payment with Finance and training provider
viii. To issue payment request form and liaise with Finance department for claim request.
ix. Order and maintain QA department stationery and equipment.
x. To carry out any other task as directed by the HQA, QAM and QAI (Lead).
