Job Description Summary
Reporting to the Imaging GM AKA, in this role, the incumbent will lead Clinical collaborations across the Imaging portfolio for the AKA region (ASEAN, Korea and ANZ) with the following responsibilities:
1) Care Area collaboration– In partnership with zone teams and academic hospitals, help curate and deliver on care area education initiatives and partnerships.
2) Deliver Clinical Education programs and value creation for the Imaging portfolio to our customers and internal product and commercial teams.
3) Digital & Visualization product management – Understand and curate solution for Digital and AI gaps for customers across the region and drive clinical value differentiation for GEHC’s visualization portfolio of AW.
4) KOL engagement – Lead and execute on mindshare programs to manage very select group of top KOLs across AKA

Job Description
Care Area Collaborations
Working together with the Program Leader for Oncology in Indonesia and customers the incumbent shall -
- Devise and execute on Oncology education and Centre of Excellence in partnership with identified supervisory teaching hospitals. The programs will be targeted at Rad Techs, Radiologists, NM Tech, NM Doctors, Sonographers, Project Managers and BME
- Deliver training programs as and when needed specifically on Imaging products like CT, MRI and PET-CT
- Identify and develop partnerships with 3rd party companies as needed for holistic solution in Oncology in areas such as Early detection and Radiation Treatment
- Scale the Oncology program to other zones with territories like in Vietnam, Thailand, Korea etc.
Clinical Education Programs
- Curate and deliver on clinical education and mindshare programs related to Imaging portfolio both in person and via webinars to our customers across the region to elevate GE's mindshare
- Coach and mentor PSS and Application Specialists to be able to deliver clinical talks on radiography related topics. Partnering with the Clinical Applications team leader to drive certification programs (level based) for internal teams.
- Working closely with modality teams help generate clinical value proposition on the Imaging portfolio
- Drive care area focus on all marketing and education programs with specific focus on Oncology, Cardiology and Neurology / Stroke
- Working together with the Chief Medical Officer and global teams identify and facilitate Doctor to Doctor training programs for Radiology with focus on diseases like Cardiac, Cancer, Stroke etc.
Digital & Visualization product management
- Identify opportunities to help our customers leverage Digital & AI for clinical and workflow improvement
- Develop partnerships with 3rd party companies and devise Go to Market strategies that will eventually drive incremental share and orders growth for GEHC Imaging portfolio
- Product manage GE's Visualization portfolio - Advantage Windows: Identify and devise Go to Market strategies to monetize Visualization portfolio in partnership with equipment and service team
- Be the key conduit in Imaging team to interface with Solution Enterprise Imaging and devise Go To Market strategies involving a solution sell of Imaging equipment with PACS, RIS and other connectivity solutions
KOL Engagement
- Collaborating with the Product Managers and Clinical Marketing leaders, identify and manage the most important KOLs for CT and MRI across AKA to eventually help increase win-rate for respective modalities.
- Leverage show sites and KOLs to drive GE's mindshare to further enable Doctor to Doctor training programs
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Radiography, equivalent.
- Experience in healthcare capital equipment or medical devices industry is a must
- minimum 10+ years’ experience in hospital environment, academics or in med-tech Industry related Radiology equipment is required
- Deep experience in delivering clinical education workshops in the field of Radiology.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate strategy into actions; experience establishing comprehensive strategy and plans for business growth
- Excellent oral and written communications skills; strong analytical and process skills
- Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
- Teaming skills – Ability to influence, motivate and work with diverse, cross-functional teams, across levels in a matrix environment
- Experience interacting with customers, marketing/product management groups, and other industry experts
