This role will be the leader for our Technical Sourcing Management organization supporting Jabil's Capital Equipment segment that covers test and manufacturing equipment as well as additive manufacturing/3D printing. The role will report directly to the Global Director of Technical Sourcing Management and will lead a team of approximately 40 individuals that have technical backgrounds to support the complexities of sourcing/negotiating/transferring industry specific components. The Communications Manager is responsible for planning and executing communications programs in support of Jabil’s employee and business needs. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience in SAP modules, with a focus on SD, MM, FI, and PP preferred.

SUMMARY

The SCM Project Manager will drive ongoing enhancements and increased efficiency in Supply Chain which includes business systems, process development, and change management within the supply chain organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Work with project core team members to develop new processes or enhance exiting processes to increase the efficiency of Jabil’s supply chain process and allow Jabil to stay in front of our competition from a supply chain management standpoint.

· Forge successful relationships with the stakeholders to produce informed, effective, and efficient solutions with optimal user acceptance.

· Document, test and deploy new supply chain processes.

· Establish and deliver effective process and training plans.

· Establish metrics for evaluating successful process implementation.

· Coordinate with users to address their concerns to ensure successful deployment.

· Develop and implement an effective dashboard or metric pack for executive review at appropriate aggregation level using the most appropriate tool.

· Facilitates communication as appropriate to all stakeholders including escalating issues to next level of management level.

· Track, drive and communicate all changes and enhancements.

· Demonstrate a return on investment for all enhancements made to Jabil’s supply chain tools or processes.

· Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.

· Comply, follow, and enforce all procedures within the company security policy.

· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business) with three to five years business experience as a business analyst or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Advanced PC skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of Jabil’s SCM software. Ability to define software requirements and create procedural manuals. Ability to effectively present information or training material and respond to questions from relatively large groups of people.

REASONING ABILITY

Strong problem solving, analytic, negotiation, project management and people skills are a must. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, summarize information and draw valid conclusions. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. • Review circuit board designs for testability requirements.
• Support manufacturing with failure analysis, tester debugging, reduction of intermittent failures and downtime of test equipment.
• Prepare recommendations for testing and documentation of procedures to be used from the product design phase through to initial production.
• Generate reports and analysis of test data, prepares documentation and recommendations.
• Review test equipment designs, data and RMA issues with customers regularly.
• Design, and direct engineering and technical personnel in fabrication of testing and test control apparatus and equipment.
• Direct and coordinate engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices required to test, record, and reduce test data.
• Determine conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations.
• Direct and exercise control over operational, functional, and performance phases of tests.
• Perform moderately complex assignments of the engineering test function for standard and/or custom devices.
• Analyze and interpret test data and prepares technical reports for use by test engineering and management personnel.
• Develop or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on machinery and equipment.
• Perform semi-routine technique development and maintenance, subject to established Jabil standards, including ISO and QS development standards.
• May provide training in new procedures to production testing staff.

JOB SUMMARY

Ensures timely handling of incoming and outgoing Customs documents and secures the provision of proper information and documents to the user departments on daily import/export activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Coordinates with operations department to arrange for daily import and/or export customs declaration activities and documents.

· Maintains the accurate and up-to-date records of all import and export customs declaration against the customs contract.

· Provides timely information to Operations department regarding status of the declaration of equipment and returned parts.

· Prepares for the necessary documents for the settlement of Customs contract in accordance with instructions from Customs Supervisor.

· Prepares for the new Customs contract in accordance with the instructions from the Customs Supervisor.

JOB SUMMARY
