Job Description

• Assist to perform daily accounting operations including preparation of payments to suppliers within the credit term and any other payments as and when required;
• Perform supplier statement reconciliation accurately and in a timely basis;
• Maintain good relationships with suppliers and process incoming telephone/email queries regarding the status of invoices, payments and balance of supplier accounts;
• Recording of accounts payable and receivable transactions timely and accurately for monthly closing;
• Updating cash book, accounts payables, accounts receivable & etc;
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, journals, bank confirmations and accrued expenses, etc;
• Assist in closing of monthly management accounts, annual audit schedules and updating expenses analysis as and when requested;
• Reconciliation and prepare management accounts of subsidiaries, where applicable;
• To perform general administrative duties including filing of accounting documents in proper order and storage.
• Assist to perform monthly payroll preparations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / LCCI.

Sales Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to the sales team by assisting with sales-related tasks, including preparing quotes, proposals, and tenders bid documents. Help coordinate sales activities and follow up on leads and opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

You will establish collaborative relationships among the various project and constituent groups, with the aim of promoting the concept of integrated systems. You will be responsible for facilitating decision making processes as appropriate and serving as liaison between the mall management, the mall tenants and external vendor representatives.

• Maintaining and updating company database
  Serving as primary point of contact with mall management and their tenants on overall technical matters of their POS system.
• Provide assistance to external vendor representatives and mall tenants for technical issues concerning their POS interface and POS sales submission.
• Monitor current projects and coordinates all team members involved to keep workflow on track
• Ensure project aligns with the set SOP and deadlines
• In charge of keeping track of all project-related paperwork / reports
• Track and analyze project risks and recommend improvements

Requirements and Qualifications
