What you will be doing: Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the department, such as maintaining database accuracy, filing, documentation, etc.; Follow up orders, arrange sample shipment and monitor the status; Ad-hoc assignments as required. The type of person we are looking for: DSE or above; Fresh graduates are also welcomed; Eager to learn, flexible, proactive personality, trustworthy; Detailed-minded, excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong PC skills and literate in MS Office, Outlook and Chinese word process; Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.
