Your day to day activities

Job Requirements

• Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
• Invoice preparation and follow-up, financial statement reconciliation
• Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets

We are a new entrant into the funerary industry offering an integrated one stop facility solution comprising of funeral parlours, embalming facilities and columbarium niches in Singapore.

Responsibilities

The scope of responsibility includes regular Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Intercompany charges, Expenses end to end cycles, including the following: -

· Liaise with the business unit for verification of the invoices and costs accruals

· Ensure timely recording of accounting entries into accounting system

. Provide support in handling daily sales-related documentation

. Facilitate the sales process efficiently upon receipt of sales agreement

. Maintain proper filling & documentation and perform general administration

Qualifications:
