Job Responsibilities
- Leads regional Power Tools (PT) Offline Touch points Team to translate and implement Power Tools (PT) brand strategies and Business Unit (BU) Country Management (MKCs) on all offline touch points.
- Leads regional implementation of brand strategies across all offline touch points.
- Ensures consistent implementation of offline touch points in countries and achievement of Marketing Return on Investment (ROI).
Job Tasks
- Provides offline trend related input to long-term regional and Business Unit (BU) brand strategies to achieve preferred choice for PRO/DIY users in the region and clear differentiation, enhancing better customer loyalty and increasing MarCom effectiveness.
- Leads team which details out and implements brand strategies across all Ps and offline touch points in the region.
- Ensures touch point management is based on regional user journey insights and thorough analysis of market, competitor and user behavior.
- Ensures touch point implementations achieve Marketing KPIs, incl. Brand health and development of corrective actions.
- Represent region in cross-Business Unit (BU) / regional offline touch point related projects.
- Guides, coaches and develops Marketing team members.
