Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities: 

  • To assist in ordering process (order management)
  • To assist in all clerical and administrative operation and activities
  • To assist warehouse operation and activities
  • To arrange and coordinate for transportation and delivery
  • Any other duties require by the immediate superior

 

Requirements:

  • SPM minimum
  • Computer literate with the ability to communicate in Chinese dialects, English, and Malay
  • Willing to work on alternate Saturday and long hours
  • One year of experience / fresh graduate are encourage to apply
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
  • Can start work immediately will be an advantage
