Technical Operations Coordinator & Document Controller

Tungsten Network is the global e-Invoicing network, a MSC status company that provides a secure globally tax-compliant solution to eliminate the cost and time of processing paper invoices. Tungsten Network operates from offices in London, Atlanta, Sofia and Kuala Lumpur with approximately 250 staff worldwide.
 


JOB SUMMARY
Technical Operations is a team responsible for the whole IT infrastructure at Tungsten Network, both internal and production systems. Technical Operations are responsible for the platform’s availability and running of the core services: E-invoicing, POs and Invoice Status Service as well as providing users with the best possible user experience. Technical Services is the department which designs, authors and delivers customer profiles, who are then able to process their data through our network. Technical Operations Coordinator & Document Controller would be involved in supporting Technical Operations and Technical Services in day-to-day activities, which would include:
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Reviewing and updating Technical Operations & Technical Services procedures and support documentation
2. Antivirus, certificates and licensing management
3. Corporate User account control, Active Directory review and privileged access management
4. Backup restoration and testing coordination
 
Change Management
1. Unified Change Control Management – full process ownership which will include tracking the changes in the register, making sure that the submitted changes get approved and then completed.
2. Develop and implement an effective process and procedure review mechanism
3. Incorporate feedback in updating and improving established practices
 
Reports Management
1. Datacenter reviews, inc. backup, restoration tests, offsite storage receipts
2. Capacity reporting
3. Security and Penetration test reporting (outpost24, Nessus, Tripwire, Portcullis)
4. Operations reporting checks
 
 
EDUCATION
Required; Degree standard
 
 
EXPERIENCE
• Experience working with/for Support team
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with IT/technical teams
