TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER (Field)

Responsibilities
 
We are looking for Technical Support Engineer who are passionate about our customers as they are about technology. You will be on the front line engaging with users and I.T. personnel from our customers, helping them understand our solutions as well as to serve as the implementation consultant around everything regarding our solutions. If you have an engineering background and are looking for a more business focused career, this position will definitely provide a high visibilities and demanding environment and your success will have a directly impact on our success as well. 
 
  • Follow up with users on their technical questions, understanding their requirements, educating them and ensure that they have a successful implementation of our system.
  • Project implementation, coordination & planning
  • Administrative, operation, inhouse and field
  • Preparing reports, documentation, surveys & QCKnowledge in technical & software is preferable
  • On-site - Technical Support, Training, Installation & Troubleshooting
  • Internal & External - Repairs, Troubleshooting, Hardware & Software Technical Setup
  • Call Centre Phone Support Department - Technical Phone support.
 
Requirements
  • Strong technical knowledge, a software background will be ideal as you may need to interact with our software engineers.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skill with ability to make technical topic easy to understand, on the phone and over email.
  • Result oriented; willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
  • Good interpersonal skills & able to converse in English, Malay & Chinese
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Prefer with knowledge in all MS-Window & networking
  • Able to work independently and beyond normal hour and to travel for Field Support
  • Committed, Motivated with good working Attitude, Initiative & Integrity
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Passion in helping others solve problems
  • Knowledge in technical & software is preferable
