Our Esteemed and Reputable Client is looking for Voice Engineer for their organisation.
The Voice Engineer designs, builds, and implements voice network systems, interfaces with vendor support service groups to ensure proper escalation during outages or periods of degraded systems performance.
He / she will work with a team of Unified Communication, Network and Server engineers and will be responsible for designing, managing and implementing voice solutions for about 300 users in the organisation.
The candidate will assist in planning of voice environments for internal customers, develop and review procedures for voice platform
- Minimum 2 years experience with telephony/VoIP/PBX standards and protocols
- Hands on experience of configuring/managing/troubleshooting Cisco Call Manager / Nortel/Avaya AS5300
- Strong background in networking(VoIP) is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
